生态环境部正式发布修订后的《电子废弃物回收利用管理办法》，其中针对印制电路板废弃物的回收处置作出专项规定。新办法要求PCB生产企业建立产品全生命周期追溯系统，对含铜废液、废基板等危险废物的收集、运输和处理实行电子联单管理。违规企业最高将被处以年营收5%的罚款，并纳入环保信用黑名单。
