美国BIS更新出口管制实体清单，新增12家涉及高频PCB和IC载板的中国企业。管制范围扩展至工作频率超过40GHz的高频PCB设计软件、线宽小于10μm的IC载板制造设备及相关材料。被列入清单的企业将无法获取美国原产的EDA软件、光刻设备和特种基材。中国商务部已就此提出严正交涉，并表示将采取必要措施维护中国企业合法权益。
